Treatment fees and medicine costs will be communicated during your consultation. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy, which will be explained during your consultation.
Patients are responsible for following the prescribed treatment protocol, attending scheduled follow-ups, and providing accurate health information. Non-compliance may affect treatment outcomes.
